Healthy Mint Brownies Yummy

Ingredients for the mint brownies

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 scoop Chocolate IdealRaw
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


Mint Matcha Frosting

  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 1 scoop Chocolate IdealRaw
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, chopped finely
  • ¼ tsp IdealRaw Matcha

Mint Matcha Brownies – Time to Snack !

  • Serves: 8


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside
  2. Mix peanut butter, banana, applesauce, and coconut sugar until smooth.
  3. Add IdealRaw and cocoa powder and mix until combined
  4. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Remove solidified coconut milk (not liquid) from coconut milk can and whisk with Chocolate IdealRaw,chopped mint leaves, and IdealRaw Matcha
  6. Spread frosting onto brownies and cut into 8. Enjoy!
