Some people might argue that protein shakes are boring. But not me! When I add new flavors and ingredients, I find making protein shakes and smoothies is actually really fun, and the possibilities are endless!

With summer upon us, I decided to mix this protein shake up with coconut and lime! It’s one of my favorite combos, and is so summery and fresh!

I love adding lime juice to a lot of things I eat- salads, tacos, smoothies, shakes, water- you name it! Limes are full of vitamin C and can help aid in weight loss. In fact, next time you are sick of plain water, try adding a squeeze of fresh lime juice!

We also added coconut flavored greek yogurt which is full of protein and good probiotics. It makes this shake creamy and just downright delicious!

  • 1 (5.3 oz) Dannon Light ‘n Fit Greek Yogurt Toasted Coconut
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1 cup ice
