Have you ever dream about healthy donuts? I HAVE! We finally finished a master piece with a 117kcal chocolate donut!

  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter idealraw protein
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a donut baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  2. Combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and whisk to remove all lumps and to combine.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, honey, coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and almond milk. To the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients, and mix well to form a batter.
  4. Add the batter to a gallon sized ziplock bag. Snip the corner and pipe the batter into the 6 donuts molds.
  5. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the donuts are set and pull away slightly from the side of the pan.
  6. Let donuts cool before removing from the pan.
  7. Optional glaze: melt 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and spread over the donuts.
