I have to say that most of my favorite fruits are tropical fruits! Pineapple, mango, banana, and guava are just some of my favorites. Especially guava! Have you ever heard of guava?

Guava is a fruit grown in tropical regions, and it has a unique flavor. We used guava juice as the base of this smoothie not only because of the delicious flavor, but also because it’s packed with Vitamin C. In fact, guavas are one of the richest sources of Vitamin C- they even contain more than oranges! On top of it, we also added pineapple to this smoothie- which also contains a good amount of Vitamin C.

We also added Vanilla IdealShake to keep the smoothie balanced and full of protein!

Ingredients for our Smoothie


  • 1 cup guava juice (we used V-8 Guava Passion)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
  • 1/3 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
