The result? This amazing smoothie! Besides being my favorite berry, raspberries are filled with antioxidants and fiber to help you stay full without extra calories.

Now lets talk almonds. We added both almond milk and almond butter to this smoothie too! Almonds are full of fat, unsaturated fat (the kind we want)! The fat in almonds also help to give us energy. Who couldn’t use more energy?!

Lastly, we used Superberry IdealRaw to amplify the berry flavor, and give the protein content a boost! Whip this smoothie up for an energizing breakfast on your way out the door, or make it after your workout to give your muscles the protein your body needs!
