Hey guys, Trainer Kami here!
I just wanted to share one of my all-time favorite green smoothie recipe with you.
I get it. Greens don’t always taste good, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find ways to not taste them at all.
Green smoothies are the perfect way to be sneaky with your greens. Besides the obvious green color, there’s zero evidence of anything veggie like!
This is one of my favorite green smoothie recipes. My little boys love it too!
Peachy Green Smoothie for Weight Loss
One of my favorite things about this smoothie is that it’s only 5 ingredients, most of which you can easily find around the house or at the store.
It’s made with Vanilla IdealShake, which is my favorite meal replacement shake ever.
It tastes delicious, is low calorie, and contains a special hunger blocker to keep you full and satisfied for up to three hours!
Here are some of the highlights of the ingredients in this smoothie:
Spinach is one of the best sources of greens out there! It’s super easy to throw in a smoothie and you’ll never taste it. Full of folate, Vitamins A and K, as well as a host of minerals, you’ll be nourishing your body with tons of goodness!
Peaches are full of important vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Plus who doesn’t love the taste!
Flaxseeds are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids which has been shown to lower blood pressure. A study published in the Natural Medicine Journal found that flax displayed, “the largest decrease in BP ever shown by any dietary intervention.”
Hope you enjoy this green smoothie as much as I do. What’s your favorite green smoothie recipe? Let me know in the comments!
