I love parfaits! The smooth yogurt and granola topped with fruit is a breakfast classic. It turns out, if you throw it into a blender, it’s just as yummy!

We chose to use greek yogurt in this recipe! Besides making the smoothie really creamy, greek yogurt is full of probiotics! Probiotics help keep your digestive system healthy and happy, and greek yogurt is a great way to get them in your diet. It also contains the amino acids which make up proteins, so this smoothie is a great post workout drink! We’ve also added Vanilla IdealRaw to amp up the protein content to help repair your muscles after a workout.

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IdealRaw
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 tbsp lowfat granola
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
