If you’re looking for a perfect on the go breakfast, look no further! Whip up these oats up the night before, pop in the fridge and grab on your way out the door to work. Packed with protein and whole grains, these overnight oats will keep you full and energized for the day!

Also what is great with those overnight oats is that you can add whatever you want in it! Peanut butter, honey, nuts or whatever you are craving, most of time the mix will taste amazing!

Almond Cherry Overnight Oats Recipe – Good Carbs

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, almond milk, Vanilla IdealShake, yogurt, and almond extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and cherries and add to equally 4 small mason jars or containers.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight. Enjoy!
